Cooking Classes
Join us for a weekend of relaxation, nature, and a culinary delight of cooking up healthy, quick and easy meals. We now have two chefs who will provide you with a fun and creative cooking experience as you prepare your own dinners, with the chef’s guidance, hints, and suggestions.
- Chef Gratien and his wife, France, live in Switzerland, but they spend the winter months in Arizona. Chef Gratien trained to become a chef in Greece, and his preparations are notably French, but also reflect a fusion of continental cuisine adapted for American ingredients and tastes. Yum !
- Chef Donna Londot trained at the Cullinary Institute in Phoenix and has studied in Italy. She provides ‘personal chef’ services for her clients for exquisite meals, catering, and cooking classes. www.GreatEatsWithDonna.com.

Wine is not included with the dinners, nor is it available on site, as we do not have a liquor license. You may bring your own wine. The cost for each class is determined by each guest chef – so the prices vary by the menu and chef’s preference. Groups have more fun and you will have memories to share for the next year!
Just the Meal Deal
Sounds good, but you don’t want to take the cooking class, yet want to enjoy a fabulous meal? Registered guests can reserve one of these delicious meals with one week advanced notice. The chef will make sure that each meal is memorable and satisfying!
