Premier Bed & Breakfast
All of our guest rooms surround our beautiful courtyard and feature hand-carved Mexican furniture, each with a private bath, and offer either a king-size bed or two double beds. Each room is entered from a covered patio where guests can relax in an authentic Mexican patio set and enjoy the fountain and the vegetation that has been selected to attract a variety of birds and butterflies into the courtyard. All rooms are air-conditioned with individual controls for your personal comfort.
- Cuddle up by the fireplace in the Great Room, enjoy a good book, use the birding software on the computer, or watch the birds at the feeders right outside the windows.

Your hosts, Patrick Dome and Karl Schmitt welcome you to Casa de San Pedro B&B. We are here to help you with sorting out all the many possible activities in the area and can make dinner suggestions and reservations for you.
We enjoy doing all the many things that you may want to also enjoy and can help you outline a personalized itinerary for your stay. We enjoy fine food and good restaurants – and we can steer you to the type of restaurant you would enjoy. We enjoy making sure that you experience the best the area has to offer.
Just ask and we will provide you with an overview of the area, maps, suggestions, and reservations. We like to know your arrival time so that we can personally greet you and get you settled in. We’ll see you at breakfast, and if you need us other times, we try to be accessible without interfering with your time to relax and enjoy the comfort of the inn.

Our guests also have the satisfaction of supporting an environmentally responsible business. These are just a few of the steps we’ve taken to care of the environment:
We Support naturalist educational and conservation projects for the San Pedro River and the many birding areas that you will want to visit.
We have installed a solar panel array (105 panels!) to generate most of the electric power we use throughout the year. This is a significant investment in our future and another example of our commitment to our environment.
NEW: We have installed a Cat 2 EV (electric vehicle) charger for our guests to be able to charge their EVs. 220/240, 40 Amp. Market rate recharging available. Contact us for more information and to schedule. For the use of registered guests only.
Updated high efficiency air conditioning, heat and control systems. By investing in these systems we have reduced energy consumption by over a third.
Water conserving shower heads, and guest room amenities including hair dryers in each room plus other convenience items.
Landscaping and drip water irrigation systems – cutting water usage for plant irrigation by 80%.
We are continually doing new things to show our support for preserving natural resources and precious natural habitats both locally and globally.
We provide exceptional services while conserving energy & resources
We support & participate in Cochise County's Desert Hospitality Water Conservation Program.
We encourage our neighbors and friends to join us to help the BLM in picking up trash along the San Pedro River.
Up to 355 resident & migrant bird species visit our feeders.
We have a butterfly garden and bat houses to encourage natural insect control.
Landscaping is done with cacti & desert low-water-use plants.
